Shipping api implemented #101

Function that calculates shipping prices depending on location is working. If the order exceeds 100€ shipping is free. If order is in Spain and the Peninsula costs 3.99€. If order is in Spain and not in the Peninsula 7.50€. IF order outside Spain it costs 30€.
