Flags don't represent languages #49

I would prefer that teams try to avoid using flags to represent languages, which is not a good practice in general.

I have read the page and I am wondering if it is possible to use a selector that includes a text indicating the language the user will switch to. An example of this is the selector used in the lomap_es3a team, as shown in the image below.

So, would it be better to use only the text without the flag also in this case?
