Map Filter #87

Added filter to the map view so the user can select wich types of locations they can view on the map using checkboxes. Also added checkbox so the user can select a new location to be private or public when creating it. The map now refreshes correctly.

Filters are working as intended, showing only the parts that are selected. Also the loading works
