The README #15

Let's face it: the README could use some work. We couldt separate parts: quick start guide and deployment. These parts would be present in the root folder (or their own) and linked by the README file, which would also contain some basic things and what we wrote the first. What do you think?

Yes, I believe we should separate the file into an actual README where we talk about our project and create some files that contain the quick guide and deployment.
