Help creating the interface to create the 'add landmark' page

I am completely stuck. I need some help with the following issues:

• The graphical interface I'd considered used a map to select the point. The current version will use a form asking for the coordinates because I cannot retrieve the mark in the map.
• Retrieving the data from said form, and passing it to solid (currently working on this one).

The second point (except the solid part, so it is not saved) is already solved, so the first should be done in the next deliveries

Updated adding a new package that lets us interact with the underlying "map" object. Currently dealing with problems related to hooks, so any help would be appreciated.
