Documentation on the Runtime View section of Arc42 regarding Lomap

@Batuhanbyr made the first version of the diagrams , and i will revise them and add some actors and relations First version of runtime view diagrams was described on the comments (by mistake) in the issue #8, prior to the deployment view docs.
