Fix link files to routes

Feature description 🐛

Files are not being properly linked to recorded routes.

Expected behaviour: The file is linked to the route without errors.

Other development information, extensions and problems: none

Acceptance criteria

• [x] Correctly parse the route when retrieving it.
• [x] Change the uploading of the updated route from JSON to JSON-LD.

No support for Turtle (.ttl) files will be done.
