[Bug] Route Sharing: Notification not sent to inrupt PODs #182

I just found out that in case the POD is from inrupt, the notification will not be sent. And the sharing is aborted If you want to test, you may use the POD I've used: https://aliceuniovi.inrupt.net/

The inbox of that profile has set Everyone as submitter.
