Internationalize the application to both English and Spanish

I thought it would be a good idea to support german as well (for I found myself searching for answers in german pages I could not understand), but it was very complex so I discarded the file. Anyway, translation.json files for English and Spanish are being developed :)

As this was an optional requirement we decided to leave this functionality for future versions of viade
