Register component #52

I will create a new component for the front-end, which will be positioned next to the Sign In button in the navbar. This component will consist of a very simple card, based on the one from the Inrupt Generator, and it will redirect a user to Solid's Webpage where he/she can create a new Pod.

I've already added this new window, which will be registered into the /register index.
