Refresh not working #243

Right now, refreshing a page will not load it and give a 404 page back. This should be fixed.

Looks like the problem is with the BrowserRouter as it is server-side, I did implement a HashRouter on #242

It looks like everything is working correctly except the Login so this becomes a major bug

I think I fixed the login problems with f0df7bf15144ad7d8f198bfe614eeecac5ac3216
