Add bFirstPersonOverhaulEnableArmsOnSprint Option. #11

Added option to enable arms to be visible in First Person when sprinting. With the bFirstPersonOverhaul FIX enabled. (For when not using CFPAO's Sprint Animations)

Thanks for the pull request I've merged it into the current branch. It might change slightly in 1.1.0 or extended slightly to turn off other certain CFPAO's animations.
