Using Talon Arrows on any Bow does only 1 Damage to enemies and -2147483648 Damage to Dummy.

Bug hard to reproduce. Note from bug author: it seem to involve code involving "Immunity" like for a segment boss when devs try to make them immune to piercing weapons.
