HP starts at 500 when loading into world map instead of players max HP Above Default #27

When Constantly logging into World map i noticed their is a random chance of my HP staying at 500 HP instead of the HP i'm suppose to have in leveled.

You sure that's not an Unleveled problem where it didn't update properly? If not, I likely won't be able to fix it. But, I've also never seen this problem.

The issue may require more investigating...so its uncertain if its unleveled related.
