Generate HTML5 #142

HTML5 is slowly starting to emerge on the web.  This proposal is to have 
vimwiki generate HTML5 files in addition to (or instead of) HTML4 files.

Possible new commands:
  * Vimwiki2HTML5
  * VimwikiAll2HTML5
  * etc.

This is a low priority, long-term feature request.
