Collect metrics globally and introduce them in a human(manager) readable format.

Basic feature:

Level of usage of a robot on the specified time frame: Navigating duration, Idle duration, Servicing duration
Statistics for path: Av/Max/Min duration to run the path, abortion rate, Av/Max/Min time not moving in the path ...
