Master GCode and Settings

No excuse for this. Just Lazy. I need to:

• [x] Install Stepper Drivers
• [x] Upgrade Firmware
• [x] Confirm Mesh bed perfect bed settings
• [x] Run all the print test settings for optimal print quality
• [x] Ensure Minimal support, but GOOD supports are put in.

Don't do this any more:

notice the bubbling extra material on the sides.
