During Build, I had some sticks that were not the right size.
Potential causes and fixes:
[ ] rounding bad idea. will round to 1 decimal instead of whole number.
[ ] Are these joints somehow messing with the calculations? I had to cut these sticks down by 1 inch plus because the were identical on end off camera (these are actually 76" long but cut in half with a joint in middle). I had to cut 1 inch off their mate resulting in 2" of stick being removed to get close to fitting. Why?
[ ] GENERATE a cut sheet chart with the following columns
in Blender, sticks are edges and have a length.
We then subtract the center core of the joint from the center point to where the 1.5" leg begins (usually around .5").
[ ] Bottom line.. generate cut sheet, and I will go compare against blender first to confirm model size accuracy..
