Anti-aliasing level ignored in 0.4.1 #14

Although the anti-aliasing level can be set for the entire document, it is 
ignored while rendering.

In version 0.3.0 the problem didn't occur.

Workaround: Setting anti-aliasing level in PageRenderer.
