v 1.6.5 causes app crash - Bias Peak LE 7.0.3 #155

What steps will reproduce the problem?
After installing 1.6.5 used with SRS Audio Essentials, 
1.open Bias Peak LE 7 (7.0.3)
2. Application immediately crashes
3. Uninstalled 1.6.5, then installed 1.6.2. App does not crash, however, Audio 
Essentials seems to have issues with 1.6.2 - e.g. sound volume is erratic.

What is the expected output? Peak opens without issue What do you see instead? 
Application crashes using 1.6.5. OK with 1.6.2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  1.6.5   
10.7.4 on i7 iMac

Please provide any additional information below.

I can confirm this issue with SoundFlower 1.6.6 and Peak under 10.7.5 on all 
stations in all labs Mostly Mac pros.

Also my Peak 6.05 and 6.2 crashes, right after start, with all sound flowers 
installed.
mac osx 10.6.8, 10.7, 10.8
