No sound through speakers, buzzing sound through headphones #199

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run flowerbed
2. select ch 2 or 16
3. click on output
4. Play some sound through the system
5. Listen through MBP speakers: no audio
6. Plug in headphones:Buzzing sound

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to get the system audio be relayed through the sound flower 
bed. Instead, I get no audio from the system. Additionally, when I plug 
headphones in, it produces a huge buzzing sound

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Soundflower-1.6.6b on MAC OSX 10.8.3
Mid 2009 13' MACbook pro

Please provide any additional information below.
I get no audio regardless of the channel I use. I have tried changing the 
system input and output to Soundflowerbed and no luck either.

buzzing issue here too. had it in the past did restrart, also powered off 
computer still buzzing
