Add minimum amount option for a product #113

As per request of one of the customers:

With the fees stripe charges it kind of makes sense to be able to set a floor just to make sure they are covered…especially when dealing with small charges.

I agree. In the future we can add an option for a minimum amount (in the product configuration interface).

This is implemented since version 2.0.31
