[Enhancement] Navigation Bar Hover Effect Not Aligning with Website Aesthetics

Issue Description:

• I noticed that the navigation bar's hover effect on the website doesn't match the aesthetics of the rest of the webpage. While this might appear to be a small change at first glance, it can impact users who pay close attention to details.
• Hover and focus effects change the background color to a yellow which is not same as the vibrant one being used on rest of the website.

Proposed Changes:

• Use the same color on hover which has been used for the 'See Projects' button.

• On hover and focus the text color should turn to white instead of remaining greyish. Suggested button colors on hover/focus:

• Add a better and smoother hover effect.

• Use a subtle animation effect to make the hover transition more engaging.

I'm interested in addressing this issue. If it aligns with the project's goals, I'd appreciate being assigned to work on this task and contribute to the improvement of the navigation bar's aesthetics.

This issue does not exist anymore as we have removed light theme from the project.
