[BUG] : Header and Links Distort When Hovering Over GitHub and Coffee Icons

Description of the bug

When hovering over the GitHub and coffee icons in the header, the layout of the header and its links becomes distorted. This issue appears to affect the alignment and spacing of the header elements, causing a disruptive visual effect on the page. The problem occurs on both desktop and mobile views.
