Add list_firewallrules #81

The code exists in the client and I was able to call the URL directly, so I think it's just missing in the nav. Happy to adjust if more is required.

Thanks, will merge this is with the next update. By the way, you can always create a custom sub menu as described in the README if you wish to add your own specific API calls.
