add 1.12.2 support? #1

title says all, add 1.12.2 support

I found that there is a version for 1.12.2 but it isn't working well atleast not with tor socks5 proxy

Yeah, this is caused because the old version of this mod doesn't support 127.0.0.1, but this was fixed in some branch (i am too lazy to find it) so here is the compiled mod that supports it. (I am sorry if I am not supposed to share the compiled file) Proxy-Server-1.12.2-fix.zip I hope this helps, if you have any more problems, let me know.
