User ryh reported on esoui:

"In combat only" ON/OFF (Combat Text Module) - doesn't work.

In is alway ON even if choose to OFF (texts of healing not floating outside combat).

This option seems to work fine - possibly just confusion due to overhealing value not being displayed by default.
