Add Goat Transformation in Endless Archive #262

Missed one. In the side content when you're turned into a goat to chase sweetrolls, the transformation is poping as a CC. This adds that to the ignore list.

The watcher transformation probably also pops here, but I haven't gotten it yet when I had debugging enabled.

LOL different in groups. WHY DUDE AUGH. The make different id's for this but then they reuse the self-stun effect from the Elsweyr tutorial starting zone where you blow the horn for one of the like "entering portal" stuns here. (I gotta fix the cast bar for that at some pt).

Thanks for adding all these to the blacklist. I can maybe leave this PR open a bit longer if you run into any other ID's.

Well, I think its just that when you're with a partner there's a different transport effect if they take the portal. You get sucked through the floor.
