Static bar placement option #275

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I like when both front bar and back bar are in static positions when I weapon swap. It is easier [for me] to track my skills when they are in a static position.

Describe the solution you'd like An option to check in the Combat Info Module -> Bar Ability Highlight Options -> Back Bar Tracking to allow bar static positioning. This would also require a small frontend change that would move an arrow pointing to which bar is active while desaturating the inactive bar.

Describe alternatives you've considered I've used Fancy Action Bars, which fits my need well, but the actions durations timers aren't as good as LUI. Enabling the back bar tracking in LUI with Fancy Action Bars has odd interactions causing a weird 3 bar HUD (yuck!).

Additional context Here is a discord message I posted asking for other people's opinion on my matter. It is more thought out with context, hope it shines some light on my issue.

Fellas, I'm looking for some help with HUD configuration for my specific feeling. I love when both front bar and back bar action bars are present on the HUD at the same time. So I've tried Fancy Action Bar (FAB) and use LUI Extended (LUI) as my base HUD.

Now comes the configuration part that I'm having troubles with. I love that FAB has an option to keep both bars in a static position while swapping. But FAB doesn't have an option to disable the "cooldown" text on the icons. LUI has the option to show both front bar and back bar action bars, but swapping weapons swaps the bar positions and from what I've seen doesn't have a static position feature. LUI also has such better "cooldown" text; formatting, duration, etc.

I'm trying to find a configuration where I can have both bars present (ala FAB), but with the "cooldown" text of LUI, while keeping static bar swap positions of FAB. The reason behind this is solely Shalks on a Warden. FAB text doesn't take into account the second trigger of the skill so tracking it isn't intuitively shown to me, while LUI does.

I'm fiddling with the addon code for FAB to try and disable the text, but that's still a WIP. If anyone has any tips for this niche situation, I'd love to hear it
