test problem #11

Hi, I've had 'make file' issue downloading through Github, so I installed this using docker. I succeeded installation. But when I tried to do a test using test sequences within files through Github, it gives me no alignment and error messages says 'invalid reference file'. I tried a couple of different reference files, but I got the same results. Do you have any idea how I should solve this? I appreciate your help.

Sorry, I didn't read manual. I gave up using docker and retried to install using conda. And it worked. Thanks!
