Image links broken #433

I still find several images links broken. Not sure if you know of this issue.

We have talk about this issue several times in meetings. It occurs from the updates each institution has with their photo data. Lukas discussed this issue with the other providers so we can find a solution. To solve this problem the providers must give the photos to the pharos database, so if a problem occurs we can have access to the photo data.

We are working on revising the image hosting policy to see if institutions would agree to let all images be hosted by pharos. If they cannot be hosted by Pharos I think we will just have to just accept that we will have a lot of broken image links, as we don't have any other solution in the short term.
