Wrong actor birth and death from ULAN #460

How do we deal with wrong information from external sources? @lklic @lwruby can we create a workflow for that?

Here's the example that Johannes brought up: Pier Francesco Fiorentino's dates (1371-1530) from ULAN are wrong.

I think the only thing we can do here is use SHAQL to check the lifespan of all artists. Then pull that list and send it back to the Getty vocab team and ask them to correct it. @chrispap4 can you work on this?

SPyros commented that this happens because when the dates of an artist are "15th century", then the Getty adds 30 years prior and 30 years post to include all possibilities. So now its confusing what we should do?

That is a great observation, we can see that the predicate in ULAN is estStart and estEnd. These should be modeled differently, with an estimated birth and death date. @chrispap4 can you propose a (CIDOC) model for this?
