CHange "Image Link Broken" to "Image Temporarily Unavailable" #469

Because sometimes the image returns in the next go round.

Also, sometimes if you open the record, there are OTHER images available. Could we display one of those instead of "image Temporarily Unavailable" or "No image"?

A potential solution is to implement something like this in the frontend (viewer?):

try:
   load image 
catch: # If can't load the image (link broken)
   show the thumbnail
