image this information comes from the Zeri actor "Paul Bril" @FrancescaMambelli

HI Sophia: The information on PHAROS is correct, but when you go to DBpedia, then it shows the wrong person. We should remove this link or add a correct one. Francesca, did the Zeri link Paul Bril flemish 16thh century to this other artist?

spykoulouris commented 2 years ago

Perhaps I missed something here, but why do we use DBPedia links?

lwruby commented 2 years ago

Not sure - anyone else?

FrancescaMambelli commented 2 years ago

Of course, the DBPedia URI provided by Zeri is an error and should be removed. The "Paul Bril" we mean is definitely the Flemish painter. Links to DBpedia appear in many artist records, along with logos of other authorities in all the entity-pages. Perhaps they are taken directly from Wikidata? If they are correct, this doesn't bother me...

Correction in Zeri side

If not updated datasets need adjustments the correction and reiteration of the ETL process should happen at Pharos. In this case the user is notified of the correction but does not perform it.
