Buggish behaviour #145

After crash it seems to start queue on load. On restarting SD, the queue should be paused again

Yes, that's the current functionality. To ensure the settings persist through restarts, navigate to Settings -> Agent Scheduler and check the 'Disable queue auto processing' option.
