[Bug] Open link in the view mode #15

Bug description and steps to reproduce

Create note 1
Create note 2
Create internal link inside the second note
Switch to the view mode (eye button)
Open internal link from the view mode (eye button)

It also should to open another note in the view mode, not in the edit mode.

We also need to pass the current mode into the CodeMirror widget context and retrieve it inside OrgLink.vue
