Fix Holomaps Not Closing Automatically #581

How the fuck did this not break for me for the longest time?

Anyways, holomaps now close again. Helps if you don't use the datum proc that doesn't handle the extra fluff checks.

How Does This Help Gameplay?

Shit now closes without manual intervention.
