I have a bug when trying to install the add-on using the new installation process release in v0.4.2.
Current behavior
During the installation, I have the following error message, with 'CLASSIC' configuration and 'force' set to true:
ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [WinError 5] Accès refusé: 'C:\\Users\\felix\\Documents\\blender-3.0.1-windows-x64\\3.0\\python\\lib\\site-packages\\~-mpy\\.libs\\libopenblas64__v0.3.21-gcc_10_3_0.dll' Consider using the--useroption or check the permissions.
Expected behavior
It should install the add-on without any error.
Steps to reproduce
Open Blender
Follow instructions to install the add-on
Click on install with 'CLASSIC' config + 'force' to true
System information
Add-on: 0.4.2
Blender: 3.0.1
Python: 3.9.7
OS: Windows 10
