Cthulhu 7e Rolling

Would be awesome if Cthulhu 7e style dice could be added: 1d100 vs threshold

• roll = 100 : fumble
• threshold < 50 and roll >= 96 : fumble
• roll > threshold : failure
• roll <= threshold : success
• roll <= threshold/2 : hard success
• roll <= threshold/5 : extreme success
• roll = 1 : critical success

There are also bonus and penalty dice, where instead of rolling 1d100 you roll

bonus: /r 2d10kl1 10 +1d10 penalty: /r 2d10k1 10 +1d10

additional bonus/penalty dice would be done by modifying the number of d10 in the first roll
