UPDATE THEME PALETTE (DARK AND LIGHT)

Follow Figma design in order to migrate and update theme into blacke-purple

  1. Update Tailwind config
  2. Update global css

Verify palette migration consistency

Note: Projects page will be broken after, its priority isn't important
