Added NZXT HuePlus LED Strip OpenRGB Edition Layout

The layout Features are;

"High Resolution" NZXT Ledstrip Picture
Designed the 40 Leds in a Row
Not Tested with NZXT SDK Plugin Connection
Working well with OpenRGB Plugin Connection Correctly (Strip Leds in a Row Correctly, Tested) add this Layout for Channel 1 and or 2
