Missing Device, Supported Brand: (SteelSeries) QCK Prism Cloth M #211

Both devices are detected. My Rival 3 shows up under devices, however the SteelSeries QCK Prism Cloth (M) doesn't show up. It would be great if support could be added for the QCK Prism Cloth, thanks!
