Evading and endurance regeneration #13

  1. When evade, it always display "Evade" - not just when successfully evading an actual attack.

  2. Endurance regeneration counts as "Heal" - what should not be the case I think.

Tested in GW2-SCT v1.2 RC2, also in GW2-SCT v1.3 RC1

This appear in both versions.

Was using the arcdps version from March 31. This issue do not appear with arcdps version from April 01.
