Return partial table when run on unvalidated observations is selected for traval? #14

This is a pain to implement as the graph and the table should be synchronized, so either show both a partial table and partial plot, or show the full plot and full table.

This also makes the show_all_obs switch to be easier to understand.

Opted for zooming the figure but leaving the table to show all observations.
