fix 'getting started' in documentation

I messed up the 'getting started' part in the documentation, see https://hydropandas.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html.

I will fix this

I fixed this part in the dev branch.

When I build the docs I get the warning: WARNING: unsupported them option 'github_url' given

The github_url is in the html_theme_options dictionary in conf.py. Can I remove this?
