[Improvement] Custom Background Image placement #63

Will be attempting to change the way the Style Settings Custom background images is implemented so that it will finally encompass the full screen when full status bar option is enabled. Current implementation which is similar to all other themes places the custom image at the same level at the current main horizontal workspace container, rather than being placed on the element behind that container.

This has been resolved and will come in the v8.2.X series
