Captions for norwegian languages #152

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select norwegian (bokmål) or norwegian (nynorsk) language.
2. From main menu, select "Document"/"Modular"
3. Look at dropdown list for languages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the two norwegian languages to be listed as "Norsk (bokmål)" and 
"Norsk (nynorsk)". Instead they get listed as "Bokmål" and "Nynorsk". The 
problem is alphabetic sorting makes these two appear far from each other, and 
the users expect to see "Norwegian"/"Norsk" on the list with the type of 
norwegian in paranthesis. The listing is correct when english language is 
selected.

I can't find these strings in the translation files for each of these two 
norwegian languages.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
And Bible 1.7.3, Android 4.04

Please provide any additional information below.
I belive this has been a problem with earlier versions of And Bible as well.

One possible way forward would be to provide a further And Bible settings 
option to provide more than one choice for the format of the document selection 
language captions.

In doing so, the alphabetic sorting process need not be altered, as it would 
just apply to the user's chosen format.
