Swipe back/forward needs to be disabled during text select

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press and hold in the text, click Select Text.
2. While selecting text, sometimes a swipe will be detected, the chapter will 
change, and the selection will be lost.

Suggested fix: disable swipe to change chapter while selecting text.
