action buttons don't fit on small screens #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a small-screen device
2. Update Andbible

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The buttons are crammed together with 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Andbible 1.9.1 on Android 4.2.2 (CM 10.1)

Please provide any additional information below.
On small screen devices, the buttons are too many to fit and be useable. 

Please remove the speech synthesis button and the verse actions buttons if 
screen size is 320 × 480 or less.

The Speak face used to disappear when Strongs nnnn is shown.  A bug must have 
been introduced in the latest release that prevents the face being hidden.

So possibly isEnoughRoomInToolbar() has been broken.

This build fixes it, the button disappears when there are strong's numbers in 
the bible.

How about a prettier icon for TTS? Stock Android speaker could do.
