These are all jacked up for some reason. I tried using the Sprite Test Track game file to figure it out since it's got a hack to remove the staircase that hides Link but it seems it wasn't consistent and I can't count pixels, apparently.
I reformatting the animations file in hopes that it would be easier to parse while editing.
Make edits, save, hit Reload in SpriteSomething, ???, profit.
